HOW TO BUY - ISSUES & FIXES
Wallet Connection
Issues
- Unsuccessful wallet connection.
- Directed to wallet webpage or app store.
Fix Options
- Ensure you are using a supported wallet. We recommend Trust Wallet on mobile and MetaMask for desktop.
- Check your internet connection.
- If on desktop, check your wallet browser extension is connected.
- Disconnect from your wallet both inside your wallet and also on the DEX , then restart the wallet connection process.
- Hard reset your browser from your device settings.
- Clear cache/history and website data for your browser inside the device settings.
- Use your browser in normal mode. Private mode will omit certain features.
- If all options above have failed, ensure you have your wallet seed phrase and passwords noted down and safe, then reinstall the wallet to your device.
Transactions
Issues
- Transaction reject.
- Transaction reject.
- Notifications not shown in DEX.
- Transaction error.
- Transaction not approved.
Fix Options
- Refresh browser.
- Check you have enough ETH for gas in your wallet for both ETH and USDT purchases.
- Check you have enough USDT in your wallet to cover your USDT purchase.
- If purchasing with USDT, ensure you have clicked 1.APPROVE first before buying. You only need to do this step once on one wallet connection.
- Clear cache/history and website data for your browser inside the device settings.
- If you miss the success notifications on the DEX page, you can confirm purchases inside your wallet to check that it has been registered on the blockchain.
Purchases
Issues
- Unable to see purchased ETH in my wallet.
- Unable to see purchased MCADE in my wallet.
Fix Options
- Check your internet connection.
- Check your wallet is connected to the Ethereum network.
- Your purchased MCADE will be ready to claim when the presale period finishes.
- Head over to Transak for further support on using their widget.
